Will Phil Mickelson dominate Augusta and how many drivers do you need?

With the Master still on everyone’s mind, golf bloggers are giving some final thoughts, and checking out some tips and new gear that might get them to Augusta next year.

At Golf Times, MattB is talking about a recent Golf Channel interview with Ernie Els, where the Big Easy says that Phil Mickelson now has the game to dominate at the Masters, more so than Tiger Woods.

“Put on your best asbestos outfit, this long awaited and anticipated rivalry is starting to heat up,” writes MattB.

At the Sand Trap, Jeff Gladchun has three keys to better putting, while Erik J. Barzeski is talking about the e-mails he’s gotten trying to get him to buy a second driver, ala Lefty.

Finally, the Undaunted Duffer has found three products he likes – Gorilla Gold to help with his grip, Brush-T to help him off the tee and BirdieBall to give him the practice he needs. It all worked out for the Undaunted one on his way to a career-best round, maybe these products will work for you, too.

Surely he will slow down or slack off this week. There are just too many good golfers and the game is too hard. Not like some team sports where you have the same ones returning so you expect to win.
