Saying adios to golf in Florida with a great Don Shula deal down Miami way

So just spent my last weekend in Florida - the Sunshine State has one less Cheap Bastard on its hands (for awhile, anyway). I headed down to Miami to complete my time here. Most of my time off course was spent at the Bayside Marketplace, searching for free samples and signing autographs for my many female admirers.

Because El Cheapo has had a stressful week with all this golfing, traveling and a class-action lawsuit that came completely out of the blue, I decided to first spend a night at Don Shula’s Golf Club.

They have a deal for $110 right now that will get you a room, 18 holes of golf, and dinner for two at Shula’s Steak 2 Restaurant. Maybe I’ll see if Ron Mon wants to go with me next time, he looks like he could use a steak or 20.

Like Coach Shula, the club and hotel make for a relaxing environment. They have plenty of other deals going on, as well, and will get whatever package you are after. Give ‘em a call at 1-866-745-4733.
