Get your Miami Monster on for less with great deals from Doral Resort

I may be the cheapest of the Bastards, but that doesn’t mean I skimp on the good things in life. I want the best, and I want it for less. I’m a paradox that way. In fact, you could call me a seriously confused Bastard.

But sometimes getting the best doesn’t require you to spend the most. Take my upcoming trip to Florida, for example. I’m heading to Miami for a brisk weekend of playing golf, and throwing rocks at boatloads of Cubans (gotta do my part to keep those sanctions enforced).

And while Miami is home to the best of the NBA with the Heat, it is also home to one of the best in golf with Doral. And now, you can play the best for less, thanks to Doral Golf Resort & Spa’s new deals for Fall and Winter. Deals include:

The Blue Monster Golf Package: Two nights of luxury accommodations, 18-holes of golf on the Blue Monster Course, and 18-holes on the Great White Course, cart included. Also included in this package is a $25 gift card per night per player, unlimited driving range usage, golf bag storage, one-day introductory golf clinic, and advance tee-times. Rates start from $309 per person, per night, based on double occupancy, and is also available in a 3-night stay, which includes more of everything for even less.

Also, the Championship Golf Package includes one night of accommodations and 18-holes of golf on one of Doral’s Championship courses, cart included, plus much more, with rates starting from $219 per person.

So be like your best pal Cheap here and head on South to Miami for some amazing golf and lodging, and for the chance to keep that damned Fidel in his place. For reservations call (800) 713-6725 or visit www.marriott.com, and enter GOF for promotional code.

In what world is $309 cheap? The only thing cheap about this blog is the way you "cheaped-out" on us, taking easy street, rather than researching a real subject. How about some of those South Florida munis like Hollywood Golf Club...give us the cheapest, you Bastard!

Amen to what Ron Mon said! I want "cheap" - i.e. something under a hundred bucks a round, or under 200 for a round and a room!
