Southern California Golfers Club acts like it will save you money to golf

The Cheap Bastard still has trouble wrapping his mind around the fact that The Terminator is the governor of California. Is that just insane, or what? Arnold Schwarzenegger? I suppose the secret is that you can be successful in politics if you were an actor, provided you were a lousy actor. So Fred Thompson may be screwed. But the Cheap One digresses. I’m here to let you know about a deal for you hardcore Southern California golfers. For $50 a year you can join the Southern California Golfers Club and get cheaper green fees at 20 courses scattered throughout Southern California. Courses include the Vista Valencia Golf Course in Valencia, Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton, and Riverwalk Golf Course in San Diego. Other perks the card has include organized tournaments. In fact, they’ll be holding a tournament April 30 at Wood Ranch Golf Club in Simi Valley. The deal includes 18 holes of golf with cart and range balls, Tournament contests and awards and BBQ includes burgers, chicken and hot dogs. Plus, they are allowing non-members to play for $100, while members can enjoy the fun for $80. For more information about the Southern California Golf Club, click here. They may have a deal that bad actors get even more of a discount than everyone else, but I’m not sure. California’s a strange place that way. Comments:No Comments for this post yet...
