Umm, Chris: I live in Newport. I went to the Tennis Hall of Fame about two weeks ago for the first time in a few years. First off, you're right: playing on the grass courts in whites is a uniquely Newport experience, and something that doesn't quite fit anywhere else. But your disparaging review of the museum itself is off target. You can make up your opinions but not your facts: the musuem costs $8 for an adult, not $15. And regardless, I found the museum, though smaller than, say, the Baseball or Basketball halls of fame, to be engaging, entertaining, and interesting. If any readers have not been to the Tennis Hall of Fame, take a look for yourself at tennisfame.com, visit the museum, and enjoy yourself!
