Ty Votaw's PGA defection no news to TravelGolf.com readers
The PGA Tour’s announcement this week that recently departed LPGA commissioner Ty Votaw had been hired as their new Executive Vice President seemed to lack some of the tour’s usual bluster. It’s crass for a publication to give itself too much credit for breaking news - that’s what we’re here for - but it is worth pointing out to reaffirm our commitment. If you read a news report on TravelGolf.com, you can be sure it’s true and based on rock solid reporting.
You’ll get plenty of news with those laughs or groans (yes, Wie Warriors).

You’ll never know just what story you’ll find here. First.
McDonald’s working on a series on Jacksonville golf being better than Myrtle Beach golf. Why do I think I’ll be reading that claim in a golf magazine two years from now?
