Totally true. We CT golfers thrive in cold conditions.

What is this about cold? With my two sons and my daughter we play The Old Course every December 26th - and I played Kingsbarns yesterday in beautiful sunshine, no wind, 50 degrees.

Growing up in Minnesota(now in CA) we played as much golf as we could afford between may and the end of Sep and then cleaned up the clubs one last time, hung them out in the Garage and sharpened the skates for hockey and played outdoors sometimes in 20 below zero weather. Sounds nuts now, but we sure had a lot of fun.
