Obviously running out of liberal losers, The Huffington Post celebrates WorldGolf.com's American runaway William K. Wolfrum

These are tough times for the elitist liberals who pat themselves on the back for every bottle water they throw into their recycling bins while driving the overscheduled kids they force to wear those hideous Crocs to every activity within a 500-mile radius. People like Huffington Post blogger Diane Tucker (she of the University of Michigan e-mail address - big shocker there, a zany crazy with Ann Arbor ties!) just don’t know what to do anymore … what with Barack Obama managing to blow almost every bit of that big lead he once held over John McCain in the polls once everyone realized just saying change over and over again isn’t exactly Abraham Lincoln brilliance.

It’s desperation city. I know this because The Huffington Post and Diane Tucker have resorted to featuring WorldGolf.com’s voice of treason William K. Wolfrum.

Yes, there’s Special K. getting a full page interview on The Huffington Post. It’s titled “America Cannot Afford Another American President.” This is Wolfrum’s attempt at a clever quote. Give Diane Tucker credit for not going with one of the Star Wars references that makes Wolfie look like the completely clueless nerd he apparently is at least.

Wolfrum - who hasn’t actually lived in America for years, having fled to Brazil when he realized you actually have to work to make a living over here - unleashes brilliant nuggets of wisdom like this one in the interview: “Americans have become increasingly incompetent as leaders, extending to the apex of incompetence – George W. Bush. While perhaps a Barack Obama or a John McCain presidency would give the appearance of improvement, in the end I’m afraid their innate Americanism might lead them to make foolish decisions.”

So funny. Unless you actually love America.

To regular readers of Wolfrum’s posts on this network, this is all nothing new though. What is noteworthy is the picture The Huffington Posts uses showing K. in a Brazil green and yellow T-shirt at what appears to be a table tennis match or perhaps a sneer at an American flag rally in his beloved land. The obviously bloated Wolfrum in this photo (is that Marlon Brando’s face?) bears little resemblance to the completely out of date mug shot K. uses with his WorldGolf.com blog.

Suddenly, K.’s career as golf blogging sex symbol is over.

You also may be wondering why you haven’t read much of Wolfrum on golf here in the last few months. It turns out he believes he’s gotten a calling from God (oh wait, that’s right you’re not supposed to ever mention that bad influence!) to concentrate on spewing more left-wing propaganda in the months leading up to the election. So K.’s focusing on the the important things.

Like breathlessly debating that cartoon clone movie that George Lucas unleashed on humanity.

Nice work Huffington Post. You’ve found someone who is even more snarky than James Carville.

Ah, as clueless about politics as you are about most other things. In case you hadn't noticed, the Palin/Convention bounce is over and Obama is once again in the lead in the national polls. Ah well, I guess you can always go back to wringing your hands and fretting over how liberal ideas will destroy America, like all the other chickenhawk Republicans continually do.

Funny though how the free market is "thriving" under Republican deregulation and... er... no... wait a minute.. wasn't there just an almost total meltdown of the investment banking system or something? I guess at least now Phil Gramm (John McCain's best buddy on the economy and architect of the deregulation laws that led to this mess) has really given us something to whine about.

Nice work Phil. At least McCain will get to hold on to his 7+ houses. Can't have the Republican elites suffering the effects of their own legislative policies now can we?

P.S. Chris. Stick to posts about travel golf. At least the no one will notice your ignorance.

Come on Wolfie...get rid of the Naturalization Law?

Why doesn't this country experiment and say, put someone like Bashar al-Assad in power who said he could broker peace in the Mideast (Feb 2007 ...http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Story?id=2849435&page=1) ?

Even better, let's make a Saudi price our next leader. This way, perhaps the price of gas will go down!

Don't sweat it, Chris. One day, Sean Hannity will be done interviewing Sarah Palin, and I'm sure you're next on his list.

Chris Baldwin: Republican? I have been coming to this site for many years reading Baldwin's hilarious synical rantings, all the "shock headlines" have only had one objective: get as many views as possible. Anyone with half a brain knows what im talking about. I always asumed he was a fire breathing olberman loving liberal.

That's just about right for Huffington - push an interview with an expatriate "American" (OH YES, there are quotes around it for a REASON....*grin*) as somehow being relevant to the 08 Presidential campaign.

I can't imagine ANYONE taking Wolfie seriously - after all, if you counted up the views/comments on his posts HERE, you could probably use 1 hand and have a finger left over - I know which one *I* would save!!! ;)

So what if the Bald One is 'all about getting views' - at least he's MOSTLY funny...and sometimes almost informative. Unlike the RED CABAL of Kiel, Wolfie, and MoRon...who's only interest is bashing America and strangling our freedom....

Thanks for the shout-out, BV.

Now on to a more important matter. Why is The Bald One still bald? Doesn't anyone at Travel Golf have Photoshop skills?

The answer is simple "Diane" - MOST of the bloggers and staff ape the manners and sensibilities of their betters (i.e. well-to-do Republicans) and at least TRY to see the world as it is....unlike our liberal Dem cadre, who insist they can force THEIR idea of 'reality on the rest of us.

Anyone who believes electing two of the 5 most liberal Senators to the Executive office will be "good" for America does NOT have the best interests of "Americans" at heart. But then, they never have...

My God... You're still as retarded as you were months ago..

I'm pretty sure McCain's hate mongering is doing him in...

Man dude, you suck, go eat a bullet.

poster 'chris rally' - how can we "eat a bullet" as you suggest, when the liberal Dem slimebags want to take all our firearms away??? The hallmark of the leftist liberal - 'whatever lie is most convenient...tell it and someone will believe you'!! ;)
