			<description>Thanks for saying what we all feel! Unfortunately, in California the only ecomomically feasible way to put in a new golf course these days is to include real estate. In fact, golf courses are built primarily to sell homes, with less emphasis on being played. I&#039;ve found that only about 30% of these golf community homeowners even play golf - they just want a golf course for a backyard. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyway, the law sides with your opinion too. It&#039;s the homeowners responsibility to fix those broken windows - not the golfers!&lt;br /&gt;
