			<description>While there many good courses are at the upper range, there many good at the lower too. Hollybrook is one of these. Residents play for free. Thats right No Green Fees. A fine par 72, U.S.G.A. is theirs. Elevated greens stop roll up. Your ball has to go high and drop.  &lt;br /&gt;

			<description>Sometimes higher rates are deemed necessary.  Teaching pros have to increase their lesson prices to become ranked, same as courses have to raise their rates to attract golfers.  A Ralph Lauren shirt without the polo player is just a cheap imported shirt that won&#039;t sell.</description>
