An oily housewive should be mandatory if you're going to buy a golf course home. It should be included in the terms and conditions.

The golf/real estate marriage is a necessary evil. No developer is going to built a course without condos or something these days. It's nearly impossible to turn a decent profit otherwise.

The secret of course is to do it tastefully.

Always looking at the negative, P4P! If we didn't have golf course homes, we ALSO wouldn't have nearly naked trophy wives oiled up and sunning in those little yards...or lying in those cute little pools! Gee, *I* would miss that.....

How about just banning homes from golf courses.
It's supposed to be a golf course, for Pete's sake, not a retirement facility and home for yapping dogs, whiney owners and snotty teenagers.
