We have suffered the same fate when our son, Philip, was diagnosed end of 2007 (at the age of 3.5) as being on the Autistic Spectrum. I can not begin to describe how this changes a family and everyone in the family. We also have a daughter (age 7) who is fine - extrememly talented as a matter of fact. She has had to endure tremendous strain for such a little girl and coped amazingly well.<br /> <br /> Everybody is saying how wonderful it is for Autism generally and that Ernie's notoriety will shine more light on Autism.
