My family is friends with Pat Perez and it sounds like the PGA West is easy, that is why Pat won. He has been playing golf two decades and has come in decent finishes and makes over a million a year I would guess. So you call these types of gofers slouchers? What is your your handicap, I know, your attitude.

You really shouldn't be so flippant with Golfgirl.

You see, conservative dinosaurs like us don't have the ability to know what is in the best interests of average run-of-the-mill golf pros running modest golf shops.

And what could either of us know about what's best for the millions of Joe the Plumber types?

Now, I just know what you're thinking, Judge. And that is what could Golfgirl know about the best interests of anyone besides herself and her immediate family?

But you are mistaken if you think she doesn't have that same remarkable talent for advising the masses of the great unwashed as to what's good for them as do the pundits of the Washington Post and the New York Times.

You see, Golfgirl went to a liberal college where she had the benefit of brainwashing by liberal professors. And she congratulated and received a diplomat, so that PROVES it.

Golfgirl KNOWS what is in our best interest better than we do. Just ask her.

It's funny how so many Americans (the "average run-of-the-mill pros running modest golf shops and Joe the Plumber types) vote against their own interests.

Well, BV, not being a Christian means you should feel to make little voodoo dolls of all the people you so dislike ..... that would keep you out of mischief for a considerable amount of time.

Apart from the atrocious spelling, what most struck me about the JB fan posts was the swearing and the hatred expressed. Somewhat incongruous bearing in mind the role models, isn't it? That was what I was getting at with the comment about voodoo dolls/Christian behaviour - not meant as a dig at Chris in any way. I usually do that overtly.

Will someone put me out of my misery and tell me how many posts will win this competition? I mean, how does it stack up against the Taylor Hicks & old Martha blogs?

I'm not accidentally cross-posting - I just can't be bothered to scroll down on the JB one.

What I do know is simply this: golf is a 'conservative' sport because it's a SOLO sport. It takes time, work, and dedication to be good.
