Sad news in the golf world; Clarke's wife passes away

One of the nicest golfers on the planet has been dealt the ultimate bad bounce by the golf gods. Heather Clarke, wife of Irishman Darren Clark, passed away early Sunday morning. At least the golf gods were gentle; it is reported that she died peacefully.

Sad news indeed. Darren is one of the good people in this sport, equally well liked by fellow competitors and fans. Condolences to him and his family in this tough time.
