Jay Haas wins his first major title, Frenchy shoots Euro Tours first 59, Geoff Ogilvy dazzled by dinner at the White House

After trailing by four shots overnight, Jay Haas shoots five successive birdies to win his first major title at the Senior PGA Championship. He had to fight it out in a tight playoff with Brad Bryant and had to wait until their third trip to the par-4 18th to make his celebrations.

French golfer, Adrien Mork, shoots the European Tour’s first official 59 in Morocco.

Aussie golfer,Geoff Ogilvy, may be a distant relative of Robert the Bruce but he never dreamed of sitting at the dinner table with U.S. President Bush and talking sport. “When you’re sitting at a table with people like that you definitely remember what you were taught when you were young,” Ogilvy said.

Frenchman Adrien Mork scored a 59 last friday on the europan Challenge tour in Tikida, Morroco. New record on an official open event in Europe.

Saturday he returned hardly on earth with a 74, but he finally won the tournament by one point...

Challenge tour is like the Nationwide tour for the PGA, a second division.

here some details, course is not very difficult, but 59 on 6590 yards, not bad...
