Get comfy with Fila Golf's new collection of 2012 outerwear
I’ve found a new friend this week during my first trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., … and boy is she comfortable.
I brought a new product from Fila Golf along for a test drive, and I can honestly say, without a hint of bias, this is the most comfortable golf pullover I’ve ever worn. Better than Sunice. Better than Norman. Better than ever.
The Tahoe Long Sleeve Sport Shirt is part of the new outerwear line for Fila Golf’s 2012 collection. The line also includes the London Waterproof Rain Jacket and the Tacoma Soft Shell Performance Jacket.
The shirt, which retails for $70, is softer than a pillow, made from Fila Golf’s single jersey Moss fabric. It’s fitted and light weight. The thee-quarter zipper front looks slick. Mine is navy blue, but it’s available in black or white as well. I use mine as a pullover, but you can wear it as a standalone “shirt” if you want.
Normally when I’m done with golf I can’t wait to change into my comfy clothes. As I sit here typing with my Tahoe on, it’s officially joined “comfy clothes” status. That’s the ultimate sign of approval in my book.
The rain jacket offers the most color choices (black, desert sand, navy and silver) and costs $110. The fleece-lined neck provides warmth and comfort. There’s a detachable hood and a velcro sleeve to secure your arms nice and tight. The performance jacket (costing $130), which keeps body heat in with its fleece lining, is available in black, crimson, navy and silver.
