adidas Golf brings splashy colors, styles to its new fashions
The bright colors and splashy patterns of European fashion are starting to invade a golf course near you.
Although there are more extreme examples out there, new adidas Golf fashions like the Men’s Performance Lined Woven Jacket (see above) and the Men’s Performance Check Pants (see below) are embracing a new look. Traditional golf colors like blue and green are still in style, but sometimes take a back seat to newer ones, such as lime green, pinks and purples.
The jacket’s unique look mixing stripes and solids and multiple colors add pizazz to this old stodgy game of ours. The company’s iconic multi-colored 3-stripes on left chest make the piece stand out. I’m secure enough in my manhood to fully embrace my jacket’s pink stripe on the chest, pink lettering on the back and pink zipper linings on its two front pockets.
Beyond the fashion comes the function that helps it perform in various outdoor conditions. The jacket features a full-zip double welt placket. The 100-percent polyester ripstop fabric creates the perfect lightweight jacket for summer weather as a transitional warmth piece.
The jacket comes in three color combinations - white/limeade/navy/royal and zone/white/bright pink/black/ecru and navy/sunburst/white/light blue – for $80. For more, visit http://taylormadegolf.com/adidasGolf.
