The Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association honors Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas
It’s easy to see why Las Vegas’ Bali Hai Golf Club rakes in awards.
The place is easy on the eyes (check out my photo gallery here). The course is excellent (read the review here). Its location on The Strip is almost unbeatable. And the clubhouse and restaurant are top notch.
The club was recently voted 2013’s “Best Golf Course” by the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association (SNHCA), an association of professional hotel concierges dedicated to providing service to hotel guests in Las Vegas.
Bali Hai, designed by architects Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley, offers views of Mandalay Bay and other iconic buildings of the Las Vegas skyline, while giving off a tropical feel, home to more than 2,500 palm trees and 100,000 tropical plants and flowers. Seven acres of water features flirt with the lines of play.
Bali Hai is part of Walters Golf, which also owns Royal Links (check out my story here) and Desert Pines (check out my review here and photos here) in the Las Vegas golf scene. Led by businessman and avid golfer Bill Walters, Walters Golf does a great with service as well.
All SNHCA award recipients will be honored at the black tie Concierge Choice Awards Gala at Bali Hai’s award-winning restaurant, Cili, on May 13.
