Win big by wearing Antigua golf apparel
On my U.S. Open Sunday, I wisely chose to wear all Antigua.
I wore my new black Sante Fe Shorts and my pink Circuit polo shirt to my biggest showdown of the year: An annual grudge match against my best buddy for ultimate bragging rights. A pink shirt might not be the color of intimidation but ultimately feeling comfortable is what wins on the golf course.
Antigua didn’t let me down. I felt good swinging the club all day and got hot on the back nine of the Forest Dunes Golf Club, easily securing the victory with several holes to play. I wasn’t thinking about what clothes I was wearing, and that’s a good thing.
Funny thing is I wasn’t even wearing my new favorite piece from Antigua. A short-sleeved Omega pullover (pictured above) has altered the way I pack and what I wear on golf trips. I’ve never found a short sleeve pullover that I didn’t feel funny wearing until now. They were always too thick or did not look good. I was stuck wearing my usual long-sleeved pullovers, even when it was just a bit too warm for one.
If I had my druthers, I’d just wear the Omega every time I’ve got a round scheduled for a cold morning or a cooler day. Wearing it feels natural and doesn’t bother my swing. I especially love its unique orange, grey and black color pattern. It’s the best new golf shirt I’ve worn/reviewed within the past year, a game-changer that’s the MVP of my closet.
The Desert Dry moisture management system in all three pieces works hard to keep golfers dry and comfortable. For more, visit Antigua.com.
