AB Golf Designs unveils a knock-out new headcover
Just in time for the Ryder Cup, AB Golf Designs has unveiled a knock-out of a headcover: a boxing glove emblazoned with the stars and stripes and “USA” on the wrist.
The headcover is made of “a durable material that closely resembles genuine leather,” and is lined with a soft fleece that will safely coddle even the most outrageously priced driver or fairway wood.
The eye-catching and patriotic headcover sells for just $25, and is far more fun to sport on the course than the “Ryder Cup cup” I purchased in anticipation of the upcoming Mauling at the Manor. (The pointy handles on the Cup cup tend to poke a guy in some very tender places.)
It is not known if Team USA will be carrying any of the red, white, and blue headcovers from AB Golf Designs, but let’s hope for a KO of Team Europe in any case.
