With Rory Sabbatini blog, McDonald breaks more than a story

Tim McDonald recently wrote a hotly contested piece in his blog titled “No need for Rory Sabbatini to apologize at U.S. Open.” That post prompted an outpouring of comments, some supporting Tim, most calling his opinion a load of B.S.

I’m all for this type of open forum and blogs give readers a great chance to jump into the fray and take on the writer. HOWEVER, dear readers, you do not have license to post things that are outright lies!

Take for example Derrek Jones, who posted this comment over at Tim’s blog: Have it on good faith from a reliable source that McDonald couldn’t break wind on course, much less 110.

That’s a damn lie, Jones! I’m told Tim breaks wind on the course all the time. In fact, given his advanced age and penchant for spicy food, Tim putt-putts even more than he putts!

Tim McDonald is an idiot. Who cares what he thinks.

I agree, Tim McDonald needs to find another job. Like a prison security guard.

Prison security guard? Come on... don't you think he'd be underqualified?
