Apparently he has a 10-year contract, commencing at $200m before bonus clauses. It rivals David Beckham, who is a leading figure for Nike's rival Adidas. He makes roughly $46m annually. Adding to McIlroy’s appeal is the romance with Caroline Wozniacki, who is on the women's tennis circuit.
