			<description>Seems to me the problem is motivational.  It could be easily solved by chucking the player with the highest score in a nearby volcano at the end of the tournament.  That would not only lower scores but greatly increase viewership as well.&lt;br /&gt;

Might make it harder to find players though ;-)</description>
