I have played Tobacco Road twice and really enjoyed it. It is quite the mental challenge (but I think they use a cruder term in the military for something like that). TR sets the gold standard for visual intimidation.

Maybe we should call Spencer "Double H".

Try to play Tobacco Road while you're in the area. It beats the hell out of a lot of the Pinehurst resort courses. There's nothing else like it that I've ever played.
