i have a lot of respect for his accomplishments but his constant criticism of every players golf swing is annoying. i know he has a bad back, so do i . but he talks such a good game he should be able to play in a wheelchair and compete with tiger, there are better commentators . i wonder how many kids he has helped with immense knowledge of golf
During my time in South Africa a lot of Golf Communities sprung up which were called Golf Estates. One of the reasons for this is that many golfers were worried about the growing security issue both when at home and playing golf. So the answer was to build these golf estates that eventually became isolated communities that did not represent South Africa as a hole. When playing them as a reviewer it is important to understand what the purpose of the developer was. What I found is that the ones built in the existing residential areas were very tight and the houses became a part of the course whereas the ones built in rural areas had extra space to keep the houses away from the course. But often when playing you got a feeling of tunnel vision on the tighter ones and many balls ended up in the houses or were protected by unsightly golf nets.

As far as the Pocket BC goes... a towel is easier to carry around on the greens than a small 3" x 1.5" piece of wet vinyl? And what else do you have in YOUR pockets? Are you trying to keep the clear so you can reach something else?

Tiger is the best by a landslide. Don't believe me?? Ask Jack. He said so himself....Note to Scott Tucker...Tyson lost his belt in 1990 to a nobody and went to jail for most of the early 90's. Check your time-line.

For the early part of his career Jack had to win to support his family. Tiger was a multi-millionaire before he teed up his first ball. I think Jack had much more pressure on him.

Tim, as an American and avid enthusiast
of gold, the Open Championship is the
accurate form of address of this historic
championship. Accordingly, to European
periodicals that refer to the major golf
event contested annually in Augusta, GA, it
is The Masters tournament, not the "American
Masters" tournament. I've read that in
print on the continent.
