It is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Miller knows ppl expect him to be critical.
And he is giving them what the audience wants.

My problem with Miller is that his facts
check is rather bad and often times baseless.

Miller has a tone to his voice that can be negative, but I like his honesty and knowlege of the game. He is the best.

Some people - like Bill, apparently - just don't like to hear the truth. Miller calls it like he sees it. But to say he is totally negative is ridiculous. Miller commends good play as well.

Miller was a player in his day. Telling it like it is backed by total negativity is not getting the job done. Put Miller, Wadkins and Venturi in the tower for 4 hours, not a good word would be said in that time frame. The worst in the business... They collectively are the Brent Mussberger's of golf...

If you dislike Miller as much as I, watch his Wonderful World match with Jack Nicklaus when he shot 81... It is absolutely great. Would love to hear the negative three do a play by play on that match...

Tim... I can't believe you aren't rolling on Golf Channel's "Making the Cut".

We agree on Miller: he is a great golf commentator. He's often impugned unfairly, but he is more likely than the others to tell it like it is and his knowledge of golf is nonpareil.
