			<description>I think the point trying to be made is that no other industry treats, or could treat it&#039;s clientelle with as little regard as the airline industry.  If your 1 hour scheduled flight is delayed by 3 hours, retribution should be made.  If every single one of your flights are delayed, someone should get fired.&lt;br /&gt;

			<description>I think the Miami Airport has its problems, but if you were riding on shuttle buses to your plane in Miami, you were riding on American Eagle, not American Airlines.  American Airlines contracts for the most sub-standard aviation operation in the free world and its called American Eagle. </description>

The meals went because you,the comsumer wanted lower fares. If you have to stuff food
in your face every 2 hours,bring it with
you! My ticket in 1982 was $285,$15 in tax.
Now its $98 with $35 in tax. Deal with it of
drive and you can eat all day long!</description>
