In the 100th edition of the TravelGolf.com This Week podcast, host Dave Berner talks to PGA instructor Chuck Evans about 3-D instruction.

“It’s another application in the form of teaching. A lot of teachers, including myself, have used video for a long time,” Evans says. “And the video can show you several things. But what it can’t show you … is the amount of what the body is doing in a golf swing.”

Understanding the patterns of your body’s movement in the golf swing will help you efficiently improve your golf fitness, says Dr. Greg Rose of the Titleist Performance Institute.

Vancouver Island is loaded with great golf, and the season is just beginning, says Patrick Meagher of Golf Vancouver Island.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to golf in a number of different spots, including Hawaii and on down to the west coast of North America and into the BC Rockies and Banf,” Meagher says. “And easily the courses on the island stack up because they’re a little lesser known than some of the other areas and destinations. You don’t pay as much as you would in the more recognized destinations.”

This podcast is supported by Arizona Golf Packages and Florida Golf and Travel.

I'm shocked that I was not on the anniversary guest list. However, should you need me, I'm available
