Golf in Louisiana, improve conditioning for better golf, the Nike SQ Dymo driver and fairway woods

In this week’s podcast, host Dave Berner talks to TravelGolf.com’s Mike Bailey about golf in Louisiana.
“I’m at Carter Plantation today, which is a David Toms signature design,” Bailey says. “It’s very pretty, just a very scenic golf course.”
PGA Hall of Fame member Gary Wiren - director of instruction for Donald Trump Golf Properties and founder of Golf Around the World - says strength and conditioning are key to a better golf game.
“It makes a difference,” Wiren says. “So I want to encourage people to work more with their bodies to get in better shape. They’ll not only enjoy their golf more; they’ll live longer and feel better.”
Equipment Editor Kiel Christianson reviews the Nike SQ Dymo Driver and Fairway Woods.
“It’s the third line generation, but the interesting thing is … that they’ve gotten better year after year,” Christianson says. “They’re really performing better.”
