In this week’s podcast, host Dave Berner talks to Chuck Evans of Medicus Golf - one of Golf Magazine’s 100 best golf teachers of 2009 - about Tiger Woods’ exceptional accuracy at the recent Memorial Tournament.
“Tiger did two things,” Evans says. “First of all, he cut the length of his driver down. He also added more loft.”
GOLF Magazine’s David Dusek previews the upcoming U.S. Open at the Black Course at Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, N.Y.
“The golf course is hard,” Dusek says. “That’s something we learned in 2002, when Tiger Woods was the only person to break par. It is a long, tough golf course.”
