Went to Myrtle Beach last May and fell in love with it.
I am retired and a budget golfer, thought courses would be expensive (like Southern Calif. where I live.)
Boy was I wrong. Sure there are some high priced courses but most are in the $40 dollar range, including cart.
All publics were better than most privates here and the eating is Southern Fried Cuisine. I plan to relocate there when my wife retires and die happy on a lush, tree lined course , or maybe a fried seafood buffet.
