EZLinks Moves Marriott Golf Booking Online

WESTMONT, IL (August 9, 2001) - Golfers looking to combine a round of golf at one of America’s finest golf courses with lodging at a first class resort can now make all their arrangements by visiting Marriott Golf’s new web site: www.marriottgolf.com.
Golfers who go to the site can click on one of 25 Marriott Golf resorts for a course profile with photos, and ultimately book a tee time reservation and lodging accommodations.

Among the world famous courses in the Marriott Golf portfolio are Camelback Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona; Marriott’s Orlando World Center in Orlando, Florida; Kó Olina Golf Club in Kapolei, Hawaii; and Shadow Ridge Resort in Palm Desert, California.
"From the start of this project we determined not to unveil www.marriottgolf.com until visitors had the opportunity to reserve tee times in real time," said Ed Utz, Director of Marketing for Marriott Golf. "This capability provides Marriott Golf with a meaningful advantage and sets our site apart from others in the golf resort category."
EZLinks Golf is the software provider for www.marriottgolf.com’s on-line reservation system. "We are very excited to provide technology for online golf reservations to Marriott Golf," says EZLinks CEO Andrew Weeks. "Combined with the reservation system and call center services we have provided over the last three years, this capability further solidifies Marriott Golf's reputation for great customer service."

LAKE PLACID, NY (August 8, 2001) - Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa, located in New York State's Adirondack region, has announced a midweek Golf Package available for $275 per couple per night September 2-6, 2001 and again October 15-31, 2001 for $225.
Guests arriving between Sunday and Thursday, holidays excluded, will enjoy a one-night stay in a superior lake and mountain view room, greens fees and cart rental for 18 holes at Craig Wood Golf Course, Lake Placid Club Mountain Course or Whiteface Inn. Taxes and gratuities are additional.

There is a $15 per person surcharge to play the Lake Placid Club Links Course. If a non-golfer is part of the couple, one Swedish massage may be substituted for his/her golf voucher for an additional $40.
Following an exciting round of golf, guests may want to visit Mirror Lake Inn's 19th hole, The Cottage Café. Recognized as Lake Placid's finest pub, The Cottage offers a relaxed atmosphere in its dining room or on the waterfront deck overlooking Mirror Lake. The menu includes a wide selection of international beers and wines, fresh salads and hot and cold sandwiches.
