GUANACASTE, Costa Rica (Oct. 1, 2001) - Playa Conchal Resort Exclusive Beach & Golf Community, located on the magnificent Conchal beach on the Northwest coast of Costa Rica, is gearing up for the first stage of the Phase III completion of 40 luxurious Bougainvillea Condominiums.
