Conklin Players Club
About
Conklin Players Club is one of the best golf courses that the greater Binghamton area has to offer. It's easily accessible if you're located in northeastern Pennsylvania. The course is known for its consistently immaculate conditions as well as its interesting design. The layout has a nice flow that seamlessly blends a variety of different holes. Accurate shot placement is key on this up-and-down golf course. It's not a terribly long layout but there are several challenging tests in store. You almost forget about the difficulty of the course though when you're faced with the beautiful scenery. The views alone are worth playing a round at Conklin. The golf course's signature hole is the par-3 10th. Not only is there an island green, this hole also plays into the prevailing wind.

A hidden gem in the Binghamton area!
What a beautiful course and layout. The fairways and greens were is great shape and the layout has some challenging holes. The staff was super friendly and very courteous. I will play this course again next time I'm in the area.
Fantastic shape but slow pace of play
Best shape the course has ever been in and worth every penny but 5 hours is unacceptable. Need a ranger who speeds up slow groups, only complaint.
Excellent golf course in upstate new york.
This is one of the best course in upstate new york.
Layout is beautiful, and condition is great.
Should play more often.
Well maintained. Plush fairways.
Overall course is in great shape. The greens could be a little faster for my taste but they were in terrific condition. There are a few spots on the course with heavy water damage, but I'm sure they'll get it fixed quick. I've never had a bad experience there. The staff is always kind and courteous. The only thing you have to worry about is the average hacker golfer who doesn't fix his ball marks or know when to keep his mouth shut. Basic etiquette.
Slow play
Nice course and fun to play but the slow pace of play takes all the fun out of it. I played recently with someone who plays there often and he said play is always slow at Conklin.
A Real Jewel
Definitely a highlight of my cross country golf trip. Absolutely gorgeous. Well worth the price. Better have your "A" game here, though. Rough is pretty tough especially in a.m. Greens decent sized and receptive, but no flat ground on property (3 putts). Severe elevation changes on back nine. Watch your club selection. Be mindful of yardage because course plays long- especially the front nine. Accuracy more premium on back nine. Targets often looked closer than they were.
A work of art
The first time I played at Conklin I was amazed at the condition of the course considering it is open to the public. The scenery is beautiful and the course landscaping is very pleasing to the eyes. The staff are very accomidating, the pro shop has what you need and the restaurant serves better than average food. I rate this course equal to the country club I belong to....and that is saying a lot for a public course.
Solid round of golf.
This course has some serious elevation changes. There are some excellent long holes and challenging short holes with a good assortment of hazards. It is the best course in the area and if you are anywhere close to it you have to play it. You will not be disappointed.
WOW
This course was the fun!!! Course was well cared for, from tee to green.
Great enjoyable course
Course was in great shape. Every hole different.
GPS system is truly state-of-the-art. You even get a verbal video preceding each hole. And with the gps, you're given a choice to have your scorecard printed in the shop and on email.
New favorite course
This is my new favorite course. One of the nicest I've played. It's an hour away and will def make the trip again.
Conklin players club
Course is probably the best in the area. Great condition, great
views. Greens are true and fast.
Best of the Local Courses
Impeccable condition. Spectacular views. Good clubhouse & food. Well designed; interesting mix of holes. Really premier course in the area. The only downside is that there is always a wait on the first tee since the tee times are too close together & the course plays slow. Don't plan for 4 hours. With the wait at the first tee, closer to 5 hours.
FAIR & ENJOYABLE COURSE FOR AVERAGE TO GOOD PLAYER
Great value best GPS I have ever used. Did Golf Now and got good deal. Two negatives, when checking in was over looked after already started to check in for a member VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no water for drinking on course no beverage cart on course and charge $4 for 16oz bottle of H2O in club house (Not at Bar) To me these are two examples of Very Bad Customer Service . If ownership wants the player to respect the course ALWAYS respect the player
