Pace is slow
Pace was very slow. Short course and took over 5.5 hrs waiting around nearly every shot. Marshal did come by 3-4 times during the round but nothing was done to increase pace. Over booked, no food available at the turn and the prices for a simple snack were very high even for a golf course.
Chilly morning 3/24/2022
The course was a little wet with a lot of leaves/ dead grass. Just needs more time to breathe. Also the wind was blowing around 10-20 mph. Still a good time.
Outstanding layout
Course is tight but very fun! Great view of the lake on a few holes, greens are deceivingly quick but roll true! Fairways are in great shape! All around great bang for buck 9 hole that no one knows about. Definitely going back soon
Great day, beautiful time !
The course was a little brown but everyone is playing it. Pace was terrific, people were nice. Day was gorgeous, I picked the right day and I played well so that helped. Thank you Point Venture !

Great conditions
Course was in great condition, pace of play was slow on the front nine but we were able to pass a larger group at the bend and breeze through the back 9. Again course and greens were in great condition. There aren’t any bunkers or water hazards to deal with so it’s ideal for a casual, laid back 18. Playing each hole twice was more fun than I expected.
Wonderful 9 hole course
The course was in really good shape considering the drought. Loved the layout rolling through the hills. Will definitely be back!

Scenic with Good Variety
Nice variety of long, medium and short holes with no bunkers or water hazards. Beautiful setting with deers frolicking around, nice backyards and an occasional lake view. Would repeat.
Great Wildlife - Above average course
This was a great 9 hole course to take newer/girlfriend golfers. Tons of wildlife while golfing. If you bring some apples, deer will come right up to you and eat out of hand (not sure if this is permitted by course). A couple of photo op holes. Greens and fairways were in good condition. Just a little fast/hard greens. Sometimes difficult to read. Overall, we drove 1hr to golf and would do it again.
