IRVINE, Calif. - April 12, 2001 - The FT Driver Series consists of two models, the FT 100 and FT 500. For players with ball flights that normally draw, the FT 100 offers optimum control and performance. The FT 500, incorporating Giant's Corrective Clubhead Positioning (CCP) technology, is intended for players whose ball flight is typically a fade. The proprietary pear-shaped forged titanium head for the FT Driver Series displaces 265cc and features a deep clubface with a huge sweet spot. The clubs come standard with a premium Grafalloy® shaft that is extremely lightweight and offers ideal weight distribution for more club speed with less effort. The drivers also feature the Winn® All-weather Grip, giving players outstanding comfort and durability.
The
FT Driver Series is available in men's, 8.5- or 9.5-degree loft, right-
or left-handed, regular, senior or stiff shaft flexes. The lady's model
with 12-degree loft is also available in right- and left-handed with
lady's flex shafts.

Unique Club Head Design - Giant Golf has designed a proprietary pear shaped forged titanium head for the FT Series that displaces 265cc, providing a great combination of weight and forgiveness. It features a deep clubface with a huge sweet spot to drive even further off the tee.
Premium Grafalloy® Shafts - The FT Series comes standard with a premium Grafalloy® shaft that is extremely lightweight and offers ideal weight distribution, providing more club head speed with less effort. These shafts make the combined weight of the entire club assembly a light 300 grams.
