TPC At Sugarloaf
Course Profile
This course is Greg Norman's first signature course design in the U.S. Norman knows that this course will come under close scrutiny from both the golf media and his fellow professionals, which is why he made numerous visits to the course during its construction. This course began hosting the BellSouth Classic in 1997. The course is lined with mature oak, pine and maple trees, just to name a few, and has several creeks, streams and lakes that wind their way through this extraordinary design, all of which bring out its natural beauty. "GOLFWEEK" rated this course 51st among "America's 100 Best Modern Courses" for 1998 and 55th for 1999.
