HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - There are a few surprises on the Arthur Hills Course at Palmetto Dunes Resort, which makes one a little cautious the first time around. The course, voted the best in South Carolina by course owners in 2009, is trademark Hills. There is very little sand on the course, making the hazards a little harder to pick out. Beware the swales, tight fairways and lots of water.
