Please note cart fee is $35 U.S. per person and looks more like a green fee then a cart fee. They would be better off increasing the cost of the all inclusive package and absorbing some of this cost because of the average person a $35 cart fee is a little high. Please note this is a forced fee you can't walk even if you wanted to.
