Trump, You must be "out-of-your-mind! Indeed you spent "big bucks" to structure this L.A. course, yet the idea is to not re-coup your costs over the first year, but to stretch it over maybe 5 years.? We celebrate Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, and Bandon Trails, up here in Oregon and the fees are no where near what you are setting on that golf course of yours. So, what I'd like to close with, is you have nothing special to the everyday golfer. If and when I come to L.A., I can expierience much more better golf venues than what you have presented.
