One of the finest municiple course I've ever played. The hospitality in the Pro shop & the Grill was outstanding. The course is a beautiful lay-out and a real challenge. Coming from NY , I played it twice recently & I envy golfers from the Birmingham area that have such a gem close at hand.

Coming from the Washington DC area where $160 greens fees are not uncommon, the Highland Park is an exceptional course both for the play and for the staff. Although a short course, the design makes it a course that requires precise iron play for the majority of the shots. I try to play the Highland every time I am in Birmingham.
