Bluewater Bay Resort
Resort Overview
Bluewater Bay Resort lays claim to the title as northwest Florida's top golf resort, thanks in part to its location along Choctawhatschee Bay in Niceville. Bluewater Bay has a variety of hotel rooms, villas and condominiums. A two-night stay is required for all units except Golf Villas, Water View Efficiencies, one-bedroom Water-View Villas and Bayside Studios. The resort also does long-term rentals. The resort is equipped to host weddings, receptions and parties and can take care of nearly all catering needs. The clubhouse is open for breakfast and lunch daily and dinner is served on Friday nights. The Golf Club at Bluewater Bay includes four nines, designed by Tom Fazio and Jerry Pate. The Bay, Lake, Magnolia and Marsh courses are all par-36 layouts that take advantage of the terrain and natural surroundings while playing along the shoreline of Choctawhatchee Bay. Guests will also find a tennis complex, service marina, biking and hiking trails, swimming pools and playground areas.
