The Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village

The Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village is a golfer's dream with a championship course collaboratively designed by golf legends Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, appropriately called King & Bear. There is also a second championship course, Slammer & Squire, designed by Sam Snead and Gene Sarazen. Golf is the main attraction at the resort but its location in historic St. Augustine provides a variety of different activities. The extensive shopping available ranges from upscale boutiques to fine art and antiques. There are also more than 160 outlet stores within minutes of the resort. There are several dining options at and around World Golf Village, including Murray Bros. Caddyshack, which is a fun restaurant and lounge created by comedian Bill Murray. The Renaissance Resort also boasts a 24-hour health club and sauna, a swimming pool and hot tub, and several scenic walking trails.
