Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center

Resort Overview

Spread over 2,000 acres of gorgeous woods and wildlife, Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center, on Drummond Island off the eastern tip of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, is a 40-room hotel decorated in a unique north-woods theme. Drummond Island is the largest freshwater island in the U.S., and the resort offers stylish accommodations, stellar cuisine, friendly service and your typical resort amenities and activities.

Golfers can play 18 at the resort's championship course, The Rock. The beautifully designed golf course takes full advantage of the nature and scenery of the island. During the winter, when the course closes, the pro shop transforms into a Winter Sports Center. There you can rent snowmobiles or take advantage of free amenities: grab a pair of cross country skis, snow shoes, ice skates for the local skating pond or plastic sleds. Visitors can stay in the Woodmoor Lodge, a 40-unit log lodge, or homes available on the bay, pond, 18th fairway or inland. Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center is a pet-friendly resort.
