Elk Ridge Resort

Resort Overview

Located in Saskatchewan, the four-star Elk Ridge Resort is a popular Canadian getaway thanks to its proximity to Prince Albert National Park and forest setting. The cabin-style resort and then nine-hole golf course was founded in 1993, and since has gained recognition from the Audubon Society for its positive environmental practices as well as from travelers looking for a top four-seasons resort full of both beauty and activities. The Elk Ridge Lodge is grand and luxurious, with rooms featuring natural wood furnishings and wide-screen televisions in addition to upscale linens and forest views.

Elk Ridge's golf offerings have expanded to 27 holes, with each of its three nine-hole golf courses -- Aspen, Tamarack and Birch -- named after the area's indigenous trees through which golfers play. The resort also offers park activities, hiking and -- during the winter -- snow sports for which visitors have come to know the area. A day of activities deserves some time spent in Elk Ridge's onsite Salacia Spa to find the perfect massage, wrap or treatment to relax and rejuvenate. The elegant Copper Ridge Dining Room features fireside dining for a beautiful end to the day, or for more relaxed fare, try the River Lounge & Terrace or Walleye's for local cuisine and good libations.
