Open from late May to early October, Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa is a Nova Scotia property that has overlooked the Bay of Fundy since 1929. The Chateau-style hotel offers 147 guestrooms -- 85 in the main chateau and another 31 Maritime cottages ranging from one to three bedrooms -- each offering comfortable, elegant furnishings and beautiful views of the water or resort grounds.
