Tamiment Golf Club is one of the most picturesque golf sites in the country, it may be America's most diverse collection of holes. In 1947, following a pattern of excellence, Tamiment built the 7,110 yard golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr, as one of the most challenging in the United States. Pennsylvania has 850 golf courses,yet Tamiment's ranks among the four or five best in the State, and among the 150 best in the nation.

Unmatched and unequalled are the elaborate banquet and conference facilities at Tamiment. With ample room to accommodate up to 2,000 people, our impressive layout allows you to gather for general meetings or intricate trade shows. You can convene in any of our 18 meeting and banquet rooms. If you prefer, get together and discuss business or enjoy an informal cocktail party on any one of our outdoor terraces. At Tamiment, we pride ourselves in being able to handle even the most demanding agendas. Our 27,000 square feet trade show center is supported by auditoriums, classrooms and reception areas for your convention convenience. Our people can coordinate every detail.

A 10,600 square feet ballroom which will seat 1,200 people on three levels with unobstructed views. The ballroom is fitted with two pneumatic lifts to create a 24 feet by 34 feet stage. It has unique, specially designed, moving walls which are 99.6% sound-proof and divide the room into three equal parts. In addition to the 80,000 square feet of space in the three major rooms and several smaller facilities, Tamiment offers conventions to other unique services. Refrigerators are available upon request. In addition to the plastic-roof indoor pool, which overlooks the outdoor pool and the 90-acre lake, there is a complete gym, as well as saunas and lounges for both men and women.
