The golf vacation packaging industry is failing to recognize one of the largest growing segments of the population and that is husbands and wives that take golfing vacations together. We are always forced to look at the most economical destinations because we have to regard all fees as x2! I can go to Myrtle Beach with the boys for a week for the same cost as one day/night in Orlando golfing with my wife for example. We constantly meet other couples with the same complaint. We are retired and can go anywhere anytime, but deals for us are few and far between.

Dear Sir:
The weather in Vegas maybe good during
the winter months. But the prices to
golf here in Vegas are still way too
high for the common man.I have lived
here in Vegas for approx.1 year since
moving from Michigan.I have the prices
to play outrightous. Some of the courses
are challenging if you can afford to
play on them.
The prices need to come down.
Thank you very much,
a person who loves to play but
can not afford it in Vegas

I have been thinking of going to Vegas for a golfing trip for some time now, especially now when the temperature is a balmy -35C or -31F where I live (and that is in Edmonton Alberta Canada), and even if the temp in Vegas is 56F that is alot warmer than I am used to, what are the average prices to play a round in Vegas, for the average course and for the upper end course?
