Excuse me Chris...but it seems as if you are a "just born" in golf...Do you really think that because Tiger won three out of three tourneys this year he`ll win the "Real Grand Slam"???
EXCUSE ME...I`m a fan, very fan, of Tiger...but I know golf and it will be great if he wins "only" two of them...There are some many great players out there...and so many "not so greats" youŽll never know but that in an "inspirated week" can beat Tiger...

I believe that it is very presumptous to think that Tiger's name can just be penciled in on all four major trophies for 2006. Even Tiger would not profess that approach. But, given his love for and relationship with his father; his drive, commitment to excellence, sense of golf history, and incredible skills...the possibility of completing the Grand Slam in a calendar year is definitely anticipated. Obviously, the only obstacle(s) will be the other very talented PGA players. It all makes for a very exciting year for the PGA tour, and for those who truly embrace the spirit of the great game of golf.

I just want to know one thing. If Earl Woods threw tees, hollered, etc. at a young Tiger when he was in his backswing, how come a camera click from 30 yards away disturbs him now?

Likely half of Tiger's fans are female, and I don't think they would take the same harsh view of his facial hair and appearance as your editorial did. Most of us find him pretty easy to look at!
